Site requirements
For delivery and installation to go smoothly, a few things should be prepared on site.
Access road
A paved, sufficiently wide access road for trucks and low-loaders, or suitable access to the water.
Foundation / berth
A prepared foundation for modular houses, or a jetty or berth for houseboats.
On-site connections
Available connections for electricity, water and sewage near the installation site.
Crane area
A sufficiently load-bearing, clear area for the crane for safe unloading and placement.
