How long does delivery of a modular house take?
Depending on the model and configuration, production and delivery usually take between 3 and 7 months.
Is a building permit required?
Yes. In most cases a building permit is required. We support our clients with planning and technical preparation.
Can the houses be customised?
Yes. Floor plan, materials, fittings and design can be customised individually.
Are the houses winter-proof?
Yes. Our houses are designed for year-round use in Europe and feature modern insulation and heating systems.
